Guidelines and Protocols
for COVID-19 Precations
The building is being kept locked at all times. Please call or text (503) 999-5423 when you arrive for your appointment. Masks are optional in the building and massage room but if you are experiencing any symptoms, please contact me ASAP so we can reschedule you! Any cancellations due to illness are eligible for a credit to your account for future use.

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, precautions have lifted but cleanliness and monitoring your own health will ensure everyone's health and safety. If you prefer to wear a mask and would like me to wear a mask as well I am happy to do so! Please indicate this request in the notes section of your appointment when scheduling.
PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT
On the day of your appointment, please keep in mind these questions:

Have you had a fever in the last 24 hours of 100°F or above?

Do you now, or have you recently had, any respiratory or flu symptoms, sore throat, or shortness of breath?

Have you been in contact with anyone in the last 14 days who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or has symptoms of illness?
If you answer 'Yes' to any of these questions, please consider rescheduling your appointment. I thank you ahead of time for your consideration and understanding.
Please contact me 24 hours prior to your appointment or as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule due to illness. You will not be charged for cancelling but I would like to know ASAP so I can offer your appointment slot to someone else.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE
The building is being kept locked for security reasons at this time. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment time and text or call (503) 999-5423 when you arrive so I can let you in. I will come get you from the doors closest to Liberty St. If you are running late, please call or text (503) 999-5423 and we may have to shorten your session.
Cleaning Procedures
-All surfaces will be sprayed with an EPA approved disinfectant after each client.
- All normal protocols for massage room clean up will be observed.
