Gift certificates are non-refundable.  If you have to cancel your appointment, your gift certificate will be added back to your account as a credit if you meet our Cancellation Policy requirements.

Gift certificates cannot be purchased at the New Client Special rate. 

If you are a new client and receive a gift certificate, you can either:

1) Book the New Client Special for your first appointment and the remainder will be added as a credit on your account that will go towards your next appointment

OR

2) You can book a regular massage appointment for your first visit and book the New Client Special for your second visit.

Everyone is allowed to book one massage at the New Client Special rate.
